The basic material needed for the (metals) industry in order to comply with the REACH obligations is as follows:
           

 

   - The Final REACH Regulation (Reg 1907/2006) text as published in the 
     Official Journal of the European Union on 1 June 2007, and

 

   - Directive 2006/121/EC that contains the amendment to Directive 67/548/EC
      on the classification, labeling & packaging of dangerous substances; and

 

   - The Final Fees & Charges Regulation (Reg 340/2008) text as published in the 
      Official Journal of the European Union on 16 April 2008.

 

    - The DRAFT Regulation on the revised annexes IV & V
