In order to monitor the status of implementation of the GHS, the UNECE secretariat has collected information publicly available from various sources (reports from members of the GHS Sub-Committee or NGOs, reports submitted to or issued by other United Nations organs, programmes or specialized agencies (UNECE, UNITAR, IMO, ICAO, UNEP, WHO, ILO) or other intergovernmental organizations (European Commission, APEC), non-governmental organizations, as well as reports on various workshops, seminars, conferences and other events organized in relation with the implementation of the GHS. This information has been compiled and is summarized, country by country, on the following UNECE webpage: http://www.unece.org/trans/danger/publi/ghs/implementation_e.html

 

The consolidated version of the CLP Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures) incorporates all of the amendments and corrigenda to the CLP Regulation until the date marked in the first page of the regulation.
