Public Activities Coordination Tool (PACT)
I. A plan has been developed on how to implement the SVHC Roadmap until 2020. This SVHC Roadmap implementation plan focuses on how to organise, coordinate and carry out:
- Screening to identify new substances of concern,
- Analysing the Risk Management Options (RMOs) appropriate to the particular substance of concern.
The SVHC implementation plan also provides an outline of how progress monitoring and communication towards stakeholders and the general public is envisaged.
II. The Public Activities Coordination Tool (PACT) lists the substances for which a Risk Management Option Analysis (RMOA) or an informal hazard assessment for PBT/VPvB (Persistent Bioaccumulative and Toxic/very Persistent, very Bioaccumulative) properties as endocrine disruptor properties is either ongoing or has been completed since the implementation of the SVHC Roadmap commenced in February 2013.
The PACT page on ECHA’s website will provide the RMOA conclusion documents and the full RMOAs, “if the authority wishes to make these documents available for publication”.
