Rare Earth

The Rare Earth Consortium was established in May 2008 and consists of manufacturers or importers who are subject to the registration requirement according to REACH. This Industry Consortium aims to successfully register substances and intermediates belonging to the family of Rare Earth compounds.

The main tasks of the consortium include the preparation of technical dossiers for REACH registration, the development of read-across strategies and SIEF communication.

The Consortium has appointed ARCADIS as consortium manager.

ARCADIS will take care of the general and financial management, will act as Secretariat and Trustee, and will provide support in SIEF communication.
